In the USA store, no. Taxes in the USA will be applied at checkout based on your USA street address for shipping, or the USA Apple Store picked for pickup. USA sales tax varies by State, and within a state, some cities and/or counties may add on their own local sales taxes.
In other countries it will be different. Each online Apple Store is country or region specific.
