Pending purchase history
I had subscribed an app which i downloaded from the app store. My money is already deducted from my bank account but app still asking for subscription. So I checked my purchase history. It was showing pending.

Pending means iTunes hasn't received the money for it, either because it's still on the way or it's been declined (About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support)
