Hi mishasaw,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you've accidentally enabled Switch Control on your iPhone and you'd like to know how to disable it. I can see why you'd reach out for assistance with this; I'm happy to help. Since you mention that your Home button doesn't work, the only way to disable this feature is through Settings > General > Accessibility > Switch Control. I do see that you mentioned you're unable to scroll with this enabled, but if you're able to open Settings, Switch Control should automatically start moving the highlighted box down the list of options in Settings, when it gets to General you should be able to tap to select it; you'll do the same in General when the box reaches Accessibility and again when it reaches Switch Control. For more information about how this feature works, check out this guide: Set up Switch Control on iPhone

Best Regards.
