This has been happening since the last ios update. Music plays randomly on my phone, including when I'm calls which prompt the calls to drop. I've already went to Library and unchecked everything. But I cannot keep calls for more than a few minutes sometimes without music blasting in my ear. i'm about to uninstall all music at this point. It happens when I'm on and off the phone, but most problematic when I'm on the phone.
