On Apple TV (4th generation and later), you can set the time zone at:
Settings﹥General﹥[Date and Time] Set Automatically﹥On|Off
Settings﹥General﹥[Date and Time] Time Zone﹥(Find city in same zone)
The second option is grayed out if the first option is ‘On’. ‘On’ will use Location Services. Your IP address and/or Wi-Fi may be used to estimate your location.
