App cancellation

I downloaded an app to see what it was like to later find out it was a subscription. I deleted the app a few weeks ago and have now been charged a large amount for a subscription I never asked for. How do I get a refund back?

Subscription cancellation and refund there is an app that I downloaded about +- 2months ago and I deleted it from my phone within a day because it was taking up space and it was not of use to me . This evening I updated my billing method on my apple account and that app withdrew the amount of R350 for subscription and I would like to cancel it and get a refund since i did not use the app
