I didn't purchase a Apple Watch but received an email confirming the order

I just received an email confirming an order that I didn't order. I have check my accounts for any new charges and also changed my AppleID password. Here's the email:

I am concerned that my account has been hacked. What else can I do?

That is fake, it is a phishing email where they are trying to get you to reveal information so they can hack you. Do not reply to anything in it.Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
