Can we get Apple watch A2008 in USA

I have a plans to buy apple watch series 4, I want to know that model A2008 is available in USA, So that i can use in India for cellular purpose.

Unless you happen to find someone who bought it outside the USA and then travelled there, no. Apple doesn't sell it in the USA.
