imessage activation

imessage does not activate. it says waiting for activation. And after about an hour it shows as an error.


Please help

Hello.

Are you trying to activate it via cellular or Wi-Fi?

Follow the steps from this article, this may resolve your issue: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

But note that it could take up to 25 hours to activate iMessage.
