I want to delete elite singles from my iPad and cannot find out how help!!

How do I delete my profile on a dating site I didn’t pay for it because it was too expensive I’m now trying to delete it from my iPad and cannot, the problem is, I’m getting way too many emails from this dating site, I tried to delete my profile and I’m unable to get to it.
