Siri App Suggestions

Is there any documented case where Siri suggests apps that aren't regularly used?

Specifically, if an app hasn't been used in months, is there any way it can show up on the suggest apps list?

My question is specifically referring to if that algorithm can ever be wrong or error out.

Of course any algorithm designed by humans can be wrong. I believe, though, that location is also used to determine if the app is suggested so, it seems possible that an app could have been used the last time you were in a certain area but not since and that app could still be suggested.

Perhaps if you explained why you're asking someone could give you more useful answers.

Thank you; however, what you're describing is the possible logic behind the algorithm that puts the apps on the suggested list.

So, going along with your reply, if an app on that list shows zero usage recently, is there any way that the app in question can somehow show on the list of suggested apps.
