How to spend 22 cents??
I want to change my region on App Store but i cant because I have 22 cents in my account how can i get rid of those 22 cents???

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
