I had an individual account and I switch to a student accounts once I found out I could benefit from being a student. Why is it that when I try to explore all of Apple Music I am unable to under the student account?
You would get that if Apple knows no Apple Music subscription for that Apple ID.
The Apple Music Student subscription works the same as the Individual subscription, but at different price point, and it includes verification for qualifying students. Not all schools and programs qualify.
It has nothing to do with the price point when I try to playa featured Playlist it takes me to another page and tells me I can listen to unlimited music for $9.99 as if I can’t listen to it with my student subscription
Each time I try to play something on demand it takes me to another page offering the individual account
Thank you. Great. That makes sense because I use my Gmail address as my Apple ID I do not use my student address. How do I rectify this?
