Cannot hear phone calls

When I make phone calls I can not hear the person and they cannot hear me. Won’t allow me to FaceTime or use speaker or add a call. Also when I put in headphones nothing works or if I make a video on my phone playing music or talking you cannot hear the sound after the video is made.
