I've received a invoice and it's not mine.

Hello, I've received an invoice this morning and it's not mine. I didn't use my iTunes before and my Apple ID account don't have any bank or credit card account. I've received some of this mail few months ago but it just say my Apple ID is use by someone. But I didn't bother it. When I click the"click here" it bring me to apple website but I just feel not right. Is this a scam or somebody is using my ID? Pls help.
