Billing

I got an email stating that I would be billed for Apple Music serves when I don’t use it. I will NOT be paying that bill. I know for sure I cancelled after the free trial and for some reason that didn’t go through. I just went to my account again to see that I’m still subscribed? I unsubscribed. I even changed my credit card because you guys kept trying to bill me which I disputed to my bank. Please stop this and disregard the bill.

FYI: These are user-only forums. Apple is not here, and they are not listening. Thus, we are unable help with hardware repairs, service questions, order information, repair costs or parts prices. For these questions, you should contact Apple or your local Apple vendor directly. Thank you for your understanding and support.
