Not able to find amazon music app on app store in dubai

Hi, I have recently bought iPhone Xs from dubai now i am trying to download amazon prime music app but its not showing on app store when i am searching on safari then its showing there and safari redirecting me to app store where i am getting a popup that "App is not available in my region/country".

is it true amazon music not available in dubai ? if so how is the amazon prime video working on my iPhone, its available on app store in dubai.
