What is apple support email

There isn't an email address for iTunes Support, you can contact them via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

But iTunes/Apple don't send emails saying that accounts have been 'temporarily disabled', if that is what it says you don't need to contact Support, it's a phishing email :

On what apple product is the email about? And what region are you located?

Contact Apple Support and they will be able to verify the email's legitimacy. If it's an illegitimate email you can forward the email as an attachment to reportphishing@apple.com
