HELP!!! Bootcamp installation failed: An error occured while copying the windows installation files

Hello.

I have an error with bootcamp.

That, I downloaded the lastest Windows 10 x64 verison ISO bootable file, and my disk is enough and the internet connection is pretty good.

I don't know why after Bootcamp program displays Copying windows files... and displays a input box to let me give the password, it will quickly shows a alert box: Bootcamp installation failed.

Then it will show it is rolling back my hard disk drive and it never finishes.

So how to figure it out?

OR, may I boot a flash disk to install the second OS? (If can, how?)
