Error logging into apple music.

Hello. Please, please remove all devices from the apple id account, I can not do this, I do not have a PC.

We can't, we are fellow users. If you don't have access to any computer (e.g. no family member or friend has one ?) you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will remove any devices that have been associated for than 90 days : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
