How to Properly Clean Ear Speakers

I have an iPhone XR, and it recently got some dust stuck in some cracks. With my past phones, I would use a tiny sewing needle to just pull it out, but I wasn't wondering if anyone knew a proper way to go about cleaning it. I don' want to make the trip to the Apple Store to clean that tiny part of the phone since the closest store to my house it pretty far.
