Hey there, Jfox2!

I use my Apple Watch all the time to make calls, so I can definitely understand your concern.  I’d love to help you get back on track using your Apple Watch to get in contact with others.  First, I’d recommend that you follow Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and Restart Apple Watch.

After restarting both devices, if your contacts are still missing, let’s use the My Watch app on the iPhone > General > Reset > Reset Sync Data.

The last step to try if the contacts still haven’t appeared, would be to unpair and pair your Apple Watch again.  You can use these steps: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch and Set up your Apple Watch.

I hope this helps!

Kindest Regards.
