Billing info problem for Itunes

Trying to buy music on Itunes and it keeps requesting me to view/update billing information.


I have entered and re-entered information into every line but the "Done" button simply doesn't work. I click done and nothing happens.


I have tried this from a direct purchase, and have gone into my billing information on Account Settings.


I can download apps on my phone just fine.

Try updating your billing information in Settings instead.


Open Settings, tap your account (your name at the very top), select Payment & Shipping, and update it there. Then return to iTunes to make your purchase.
