Best BackUp application for backing up 1 external disk to 2 one.

I was trying to use BackUp from Apple to backup my 1TB external disk to my second one but when second disk was full BackUp stopped backing up because second disk "was just full". So I changed settings to keep only files from last 4 weeks but it doesn't help me because I need to back up more often and It is not useful for me. I would like to use back up app which will back up until disk is full and then automatically will rewrite old data on 2 disk as TimeMachine does it.

Which free backup app does it?

I can't be sure it would work in this situation but I'd check Carbon Copy Cloner (http://www.bombich.com/index.html) as it's free and legendary in Mac terms. Cost you nothing to try anyway.

somewhat similar to time machine, yet a little more versatile, are these commercial apps: ChronoSync and [ Tri-Backup|http://www.tri-edre.com/english/tribackup.html].

TimeMachine can only backup disk on which is running. Internal computer disks. It lets you only choose backup plan with one disk you want to back up your computer disk.
