how to move the app icons on the iphone XS?

I tried to move and rearrange my app icons on my new iPhone Xs

the way I did on iPhone 6 Plus but they don’t move. Anyone know how to do this on the iPhone Xs

They work the same. Light press until they wobbly, hold on to it and move. Ta
