Got a new iPad a couple of weeks ago. Installed BBC iPlayer app. Streaming works fine but cannot download any shows. Have followed all advice on BBC website (restarting app, software update, reinstalling app etc.) but nothing worked. Please help.

I use some (different) European TV channel apps and can easily watch shows, but not download. Mine allow me to "save" shows or put them on my watch list so I can easily find them and they are usually available for at least 30 days.
