Hello. ITunes version 12.9.2.6 is installed on the computer. Can not log into the account, constantly writing. "An error occurred while connecting to the Apple ID server" On iPad and Apple Tv devices, it comes under an account. Help solve the problem. I already deleted iTunes and deactivated computers. The problem did not dare. (((

To clarify, are you able to sign in to the same Apple ID on your iPad and Apple TV?
