Keep getting HAPErrorDomain: 2 error code when trying to pair a FIBARO Door/Window Sensor

I just got the FIBARO Door/Window Sensor for HomeKit and while following the directions during the pairing process with my iPhone I get one of two different error messages. I either get this one:

or I get this one:

I've tried reseting the sensor several times and I've even powered my iPhone off and back on and tired.

Anyone have any solutions?
