I requested for a refund and i did not get the money
I requested for a refund and it said I got it and I got an email saying it was complete but I did not get the money back. Why?

When did you get the email ? Refunds aren't instant, they can take seven to ten days or so to go to a credit card, a few days to go to an account's balance
