Purchased Music Not in iTunes

I purchased an album (years ago) but it is not in my library on my phone or computer. When I go to the album on iTunes shop, it says it's purchased and does not give me the option to download. But when I go to my purchased section in shop I can't locate the album. How do I get this album on my computer and phone? I don't even have the option to purchase it again...
