iPad Air 2 green lines

Alright, so I have an iPad Air 2 and it was perfectly fine. I came back from a wedding and turned my iPad on since it died. The screen showed some apps with green lines. I did it against the wall although there are no signs of physical damage on the device.

Green lines on screen Yesterday my phone had been working fine all day no concerns then it started to have green lines and a black dot at the bottom of the screen it has a crack screen protector on and a smash proof case on no damage had occurred unsure if a wire has come apart on the inside phone was brought in April
