Lost my music purchase

Can I reload my music? I had to reinstall iTunes and was unable to retrieve some of my music

For iTunes purchases : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support

And check to see if you've hidden any : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

If the music is no longer in the store copy it back from your backup of your downloads/computer
