How to refund a iTunes purchase

I accidentally bought a iBook from iTunes but I wanted to download the audio book version not the iBook. Is there any way to refund it so I can make the correct purchase by chance?

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
