I was charged twice for my youtubetv

I was charged 40.00 on 1/11 youtubetv Mountain View Ca ...1/7 I was charged 42.79 apl*Itunes.com/bill .... youtube tv I have that but I don’t know what the apl*Itunes.com/bill is for... i don’t remember purchasing that .., it is not in my history or subscriptions.
