Are continually receiving emails saying Apple Payment, purchase update payment successfully on date and you never ordered .

Yes, I’m continually getting emails saying the purchase was successfully processed and I never ordered anything. The PDF file is showing subscription All Access Pass

The most likely case is the email is a scam, especially if it has a link in it to inquire about it or resolve it. Emails from Apple will never have links in them. Apple also never sends PDF files. If you opened in on your Windows computer there is a slight chance it installed malware on your computer. If you have a Mac or you opened it on your iPhone don't worry about it.


However, if you clicked on a link in the email and entered any personal information change your Apple ID password IMMEDIATELY. Here's how-->Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support


You can also check with Apple to see if it's legitimate. Start by reviewing your purchases-->See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you see something that shouldn't be there go to-->https://reportaproblem.apple.com
