Is it possible to bounce back email from a specific email address?

I receive email from someone and I don't wish to receive the emails anymore. I have already blocked this person from Messages and calls to my iPhone. I know I could set up a filter in Mail to send these unwanted emails to Trash but that's not enough. I would like the emails bounced back as Undeliverable.

Is that possible to do in Mail on macOS Mojave? Is it possible to do in the current iOS version 12?
