The quit option in the Safari menu is greyed out so I can't quit Safari, not even with command Q. It never used to be like this so why has this happened and how can it be fixed? Any ideas?

Can you force quit Safari menu/Force Quit or command - option/alt - esc?

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply.
