You bought the wrong phone. That is not the phone that is sold for use on LTE (4G) networks in Jordan.
If there's any way you can get it back to the US in the next week, Apple has a 14 day return policy.
Buy a phone intended for use in your country/region.
The phone intended for use on networks in your country is A2097. It supports different LTE bands.
The only reason you can get the one you have now to work at all is there is probably some overlap. But the phone you have does not support all of the bands that you need for reliable operation.
Exactly what model phone do you have (Settings>General>About>Model)?
What country are you in?
Who is your cellular carrier?
iPhone Xs A1920
Jordan (middle east), bought it factory unlocked from Apple store in Florida around 1 week ago
