Not downloading
Please help I can't download music. I expect to have all features work when I'm paying full price

Thanks for the post in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're having an issue downloading music on Apple Music on Android.
What exactly happens when you try to download music? If you get an error message, what does it say?
Is your Android device fully updated?
Does it help if you restart your phone?
Do you have the same issue on both a Wi-Fi connection and a cellular network?
