IPhone - Blocked Instagram

Instagram account was blocked. Sat through IPhone. Now constantly climbs out "Error", no lock message. Created a new account through computer, so as through phone could not. Now using the phone I can't check what account. Constantly climbs out "Mistake." With what it can be connected? In the Instagram database, the phone was blocked by the serial number of the phone? Tried logging into Instagram accounts via another Apple ID, doesn't work either. And on the phone what is the Apple ID comes in. Maybe it's a temporary phenomenon?
