Logic Pro X loops, copyright

If I use one off the sample that comes with logic pro x, for example piano loop and change the semitones off that loop and record my own bass and drum. I’m I allowed to sell that instrumental (beat) on website called beatstars.com ?

You can not sell the loops/samples alone, by themselves, as is, they must be part of some other work. So as long as you're including it with other instruments and altering it, it's fine.

For example, if I put in a piano loop, make it loop four times, and try to sell that, THAT is illegal, violates the terms of use agreement you signed when installing Logic.

If I take that four loop piano, add my drums, add my own guitars, sing on it, and sell it, THAT is legal. It is a creative part of a larger work.
