My phone doesn’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t get signal


I just got my iPhone XR and it doesn’t like connect to WiFi like if it does it doesn’t load it says unable to refresh my apps

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.




Try a restart.




Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch




Try a forced restart.




Reset Device
