How do you delete a few select photos from the iCloud?

Delete them from your device where iCloud Photo Library is turned on and they will also delete from iCloud and your other devices connected to that iCloud Photo Library. Or use any computer internet browser, log into icloud.com, go to the Photos app there, click on a photo and then click the trash can icon in the bar at the top. The photo will be deleted from iCloud and from all devices connected to that iCloud Photo Library.
