I'll ask since OP didn't -
I re-formatted my HD on my Mac Mini; Extended, Journaled. Now when i try to reinstall MacOS from bootable USB (created via Apple's instructions) i get to the point on the screenshot above, where it says "This Disk Is Locked".
How can i unlock this disk?
