PayPal Billing Agreement

I recently was disputing charges with a merchant that was billed through PayPal, and I accidentally canceled my billing agreement with PayPal for iTunes. They instructed me to contact iTunes regarding reinstatement of billing agreement, please provide necessary information to reinstate.

You've tried setting it up in the same way as you originally did ? If that doesn't work have you done as instructed and contacted iTunes Support ? We are fellow users, these are user forums, not iTunes Support.
