fsck does not work in Single User Mode, SSD is not bootable

I bought a Samsung Evo 860 for my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro. I have installed the SSD and am using my old HD externally to work on it. I have had trouble installing the OS from the old HD, even though I believe I fixed the Date and Time problem. Sometimes the OS will download, sometimes it won't . When it has, the SSD has booted but only when I take it back out and use it externally. When the SSD is internal, it doesn't boot. (I have been trying to download OS Sierra, hoping my older MacBook Pro would allow an older OS).

I have run First Aid on the SSD, and, under the details tab, it tells me that the disk could not be verified completely. I have tried running Single User Mode and running fsck under the command: sudo fsck_hfs -fy /dev/disk0 on the SSD Volume, but each time it tells me that the Volume could not be repaired. Below is what I see when I try running fsck on the SSD.

It seems that I have tried everything! Please help!
