My new XR ring volume stays loud
My new XR ring volume stays loud once then lowers. Why and how do I fix it ?

The FaceID system tells the phone you are looking at it so it doesn’t need a loud ring. If you feel the need to disable this, Settings, FaceID & Passcode, “Attention” section has the settings you need.
