Portrait mode for Keynote

I have recently started using Keynote after a long career of PPT. I need to create a presentation in portrait mode, is this possible? I can't find any discussions on this less than 5 years old. Is this possible? I found in the user guide where it shows how to do this (select documents on tool bar and select orientation), but that does not exist on my version, which I believe is the latest. What am I missing?

Go to: Inspector > Document > Document > in the Slide Size dropdown menu, select Custom Slide Size then enter the pixel resolution you require so using a 1920 x 1200 resolution:
