I am trying to verify my debit card. It is telling me to call the bank number and to verify the bank card it’s asking for the account number on the draft...?

If I'm understanding correctly, you are having some trouble updating a payment method for Apple Pay. I will be glad to help.
As the message states you will need to call your bank to verify your information: Set up Apple Pay
"Your bank or card issuer will verify your information and decide if you can use your card with Apple Pay. If your bank or issuer needs more information to verify your card, they'll ask you for it. When you have the information, go back to Wallet and tap your card."
