Mac Pro 2010 doesn't turn off nor restart

Hi. My Mac Pro 2010 doesn't turn off nor restart.

When I try to shut down my computer or restart, It freeze in a black screen with a cursor in the top left corner, but never comes out.

I have Mac OS High Sierra installed.

There is an SO update downloaded, and I think that I have this problem from this download.
